Time difference Algarve

When it's noon in Paris, it's 11am in the Algarve all year round. In Portugal, as in the rest of Europe, the changeover to summer time takes place on the last Sunday in March and the changeover to winter time on the last Sunday in October.

Museum schedules vary. In general, they close on Mondays and open on other days between 10 am and 6 pm with a break for lunch. Most of the time access is free for students

Enjoying yourself Algarve

Meal times are quite similar to those in France. We have lunch (almoço) between 12h and 15h and dinner (jantar) between 19h30 and 21h30, sometimes even 23h in tourist cities.

Get out Algarve

Holidays invite you to enjoy the moment until the end of the night. Magazines such as Time Out bring together the best places to go out in the Algarve from 6pm. The festivities start in the late afternoon with sunset parties and extend beyond 2am in the clubs. Why not try several on different days? With only one watchword: having fun!
