Bertschy has been a beekeeper from father to son for four generations, since 1882, and offers a wide range of Lorraine honeys and other beehive products. He has 400 hives, which migrate to different sites. Flower honey, forest honey and especially fir honey, appreciated for its therapeutic virtues (anti-anemic, antiseptic and diuretic), will replace jams and spreads.
