Every summer, the festival lights up the children's vacations for a few days in Maizières-lès-Metz. Discover the tenniswomen ! The Waves Open 57 has become the most important women's tournament on the National Grand Tour! The tennis courts of Moulins-Lès-Metz host a first-rate women's competition. Organized with great skill by a hundred volunteers, the event has become a reference in France in its category (CNGT). It is therefore logical to see French players such as Aravane Rezaï, Mathilde Johansson and Nathalie Tauziat, who has already played the Waves Open 57 in doubles, arrive in Moselle for a tournament. This themed hiking festival has been held for over 15 years. The 3-day program includes some thirty themed hikes, an entertainment village and concerts. Hikers young and old can choose from routes ranging from 2 km to 42 km, on foot, by bike or on horseback. The festival village, set up in the soccer stadium, offers refreshments and food, as well as various tourism and nature stands, games for children... Successful theme hikes include sunrise and sunset hikes, and a canine hike.

Every year, the association Les Amis de Romécourt (Friends of Romécourt) organizes a new event in the courtyard of the château's farm, featuring traditional farming and traditional trades. It's an opportunity to relive the history of the Pays des Etangs, the Moselle and Romécourt, in the heart of a ^16th-century fortified farmhouse. Cycling fans know that December 26 is the Sarrebourg cyclo-cross! And this has been the case for generations of cyclists. So, on Boxing Day, it's pedal to the metal in Sarrebourg. The event sees some 150 riders from all over Lorraine, Alsace and beyond compete against each other along a sporting course with obstacles and traps. The 2.5 km circuit alternates between rolling and pedestrian sections, with planks, stairs, an incline...

It's the Halloween festival! The All Saints' Day vacations are shivering in Moselle with "Bêtes et Sorcières" (Beasts and Witches). The Sarrebourg Moselle Sud region is involved in the adventure. The Musée du Pays de Sarrebourg is offering children's activities, as well as the Halloween train in Abreschviller, activities at the Sainte Croix Animal Park and the Effrayante visite de Sarrebourg, a mystery tour organized by the Tourist Office, and the "Bêtes & Sorcières" stays for total immersion!

This green trail crosses sumptuous panoramas in the heart of the Bièvre valley, between the county of Dabo and the priory of Saint-Quirin, between the Zorn and the Red Saar. Walscheid is an exceptional playground for trail running, with magnificent courses of every difficulty, from the easiest to the most technical. The Walscheid trail is a great opportunity to discover this area, where Moselle's highest peak, the Grossmann, is enthroned. Metz, a city rich in cultural events and festivals, is home to the Association Bout d'Essais. Since 2012, this association has been dedicated to creating unforgettable memories. Association Bout d'Essais offers a shared photo studio where photography enthusiasts can give free rein to their creativity. What's more, a film lab is available to develop and print the photos taken. To add a touch of fantasy, a costume booth is also available for dressing up and immortalizing unique moments.
