Read moreIn the covered market, Yannick Martineau offers a wide range of fresh regional cheeses (Munster, Géromé and Tomme de Lorraine), AOC cheeses (Mont-d'Or, Beaufort de Savoie and Saint-Nectaire fermier d'Auvergne) and Italian cheeses such as Mascarpone, Gorgonzola, mozzarella and Parmesan. Yannick has a total of nearly 80 suppliers, mainly French and even local. Moreover, other sales outlets in the region, cheesemakers and creameries (milk, yoghurt, cream and eggs), operate like him. Tasting trays are available for visitors.
