In Compreignac, Les Chabannes offers a multi-activity outdoor base. An original excursion to enjoy with family or friends, combining minimum effort with maximum pleasure! The velo-rail, a small, light machine for up to 4 people, including 2 front-seat drivers, travels along an old railroad line. Aboard this machine with the charm of another era, you progress at your own pace along a 12 km round-trip circuit, exploring the region's landscapes and previously inaccessible sites. It's a ride perfectly suited to families with children, offering a wonderful discovery experience.

The 12-hectare lake lies just below the village. You can swim there (under supervision) in July and August. You can rent pedal boats, canoes and kayaks, and above all mountain bikes! The lake's mountain bike base is the starting point for five circuits. The most difficult is Mont Gargan (30 km), and the easiest is La Villetelle (5 km). There are also tennis courts, a volleyball court, table tennis and children's playground. Numerous activities are offered during the summer. A pleasant setting.
