Produits gourmands: Bière et brasserie Creuse

The brasserie is located in the old station. It uses the lobby as a place of tasting and art exhibitions. The 1000 beer is manufactured in seven varieties. You will find the Blonde, sweet and fruity, the White with citrus scent, the Blonde Prémiant more floral, the Spicy Spicy, the triple highest (7 °) alliance of whisky malt and a long fermentation, the roasted malt and the Christmas beer if fragrant. The malt comes from a entrprise of the neighbouring department: Issoudun (36). Beer is available on site, in the lounges and on-line, but also in many shops and at the Aubusson tourist office. The company won two regional awards in 2014: the Turgot Trophée Trophy and the Turgot Medallion of artisan creativity.

Since 2009, the Warehouse opens its Doors to Beer lovers with nearly 300 different types of products to take or to enjoy on site in the store bar. Beers from all over Europe (Belgium, England, Austria, Germany…) are piled up at L'Warehouse, but also products from the region with Félis or Mille. Depending on the seasons, for example, Africa's intake will refresh flavours and discoveries. The Warehouse also offers the sale of products such as beer glasses, trays, carpets, mirrors, caps, shirts, tee-shirts, as well as bottles of whisky from the world (Japanese, Indian, Irish, Scottish, but also French). A warm place to meet friends and to make the most of new quality products.

If not, it's high time to take a trip to La Cervoiserie, a beer cellar where "pros" will be happy to show you the great classics and special brews. In this vast shed decorated with a counter and a warm decor, you can both shop and take a moment to taste the latest arrivals. All the big names in foreign beer are represented here, as well as French micro-breweries, such as Lutina, in Corsica, or Marsienne, in France... Dig in!

Brasserie La Kreuze, located in Anzême, is a microbrewery offering craft beers made from hops grown in their own gardens and malts from organic farming. The brewery makes a point of sourcing locally and responsibly, choosing suppliers who respect their work. The Kreuze is also committed to an ecological approach, reusing spent grains from the wort to feed chickens and studying the possibility of using them as a substrate for oyster mushroom cultivation. In addition, brewing yeast and spent grains are reused to make bread. The brewery also uses environmentally-friendly cleaning products. La Kreuze regularly offers new recipes, depending on the season and the brewer's mood. The brewery has a tavern where you can eat in, as well as a takeaway. Tours of the brewery are also available on request.
