This is in the heart of the old Vicomté of Ventadour, in B, the centre of discovery of the Middle Ages. Set in a 400 th century mansion, next to the Marchadial square, the centre offers an exhibition area of more than m ². It is a cheerful, playful and surprising tool for valuing local historic heritage. The general idea is to discover the Middle Ages by following the footsteps of the famous Troubadour De De, a child of the country, who lived more than 800 years ago in the Vicomté de. To do this, the visitor is immersed in a medieval visual and visual atmosphere where he is offered pedagogical approaches to art, crafts, poetry and music of the troubadours. In the third millennium, it is an invitation to the dream and culture of the Middle Ages. To be completely in the atmosphere, you can also afford a medieval day with a visit to the centre, the city, a workshop and a period meal. The centre also organizes interactive workshops for outreach to the medieval arts: enamel, enluminure on parchment, heraldic, music, calligraphy and costume in the attic under a superb structure. These open-to-all animations are made on reservation. To close your visit, a place at the shop shop allows you to discover very specialized works on the Middle Ages.

This Centre offers training courses for reading the landscape in Limousin, the Gallic to the present day, the teachers and their pupils and all those interested in the landscape: heritage classes and workshops, educational courses… At the Hôtel du Seneschal, a permanent exhibition on the same theme, open to the public on request, all year present: didactic panels, photos, drawings, models, vitrines furniture…

This region of plateau streams, small rivers caught in wild gorges, huge lakes and dams offer a full range for the fisherman. Cyprinidae, predators and salmonids are beautiful catches. But fishing has its rules and fishermen are subject to respect for fish and its environment. In this context, the House of Water and Fisheries proposes an awareness of the aquatic and fisheries environment. An exhibition hall presents fishing equipment, mouches scenes, hydrography, local species, peach fowls and works by Charles Gaidy, anthropologist, halieutique and pêcheur. Experimentation, observation, water analysis and conferences are also part of the House's activities. Training and development courses for fly fishing are organized for adults and children alike.

Since 1969, the association "Les Amis de Culevé", founded by Jean Lalé in 1969, is mobilizing to restore its letters of nobility to this inherently abandoned heritage at the beginning of the last century. Through its action and the provision of considerable financial support, it has allowed the restoration of the public heritage, three churches, three fountains, the halle, installation of the orientation table, restoration of the former cabin of vines called "la turret" and a space for walkers facing the castles. The Romanesque Church Saint-Hilaire de la Combe, classified as a Historic Monument (MH) since 1970, rich with nineteenth-century painted decorations in the xviiith, was fully restored from 2015 to 2017 and reopened in July 2017 (art exhibitions)

The house of the Siren owes its name to the little siren carved up at the top of the entrance door. A municipal property, it is the seat of the association of Friends of Collonges who made it a small museum «of Art and popular traditions». In the basement you can see archaeological, geological, paleontological furniture, including a Christian paleo burial; on the first floor life of the past is spoken with furniture from a collongeoise house and the country's rural activities.
