László Mihály, who comes from a place on the Danube curve, distinguished himself at the World Pastry Cup in 2009 (in Lyon). He is in fact one of the most talented Hungarian pastry chefs of his generation. He opened his store in 2008 in Vác to the delight of gourmets. A must try is the Vác Dessert, a local delicacy with caramel and chocolate! But to be honest, all his creations are as appetizing as they are delicious. The dobos pie, completely revisited, has a caramelized ring on top.
