Located on the southern riviera of Makarska, in Podgora, a beautifully restored old building. The owners offer three apartments on the seaside promenade. They all have beautiful spaces (from 50 to 90^m2), well-equipped contemporary rooms (TV, kitchenette, living room, Wi-Fi, air conditioning...), as well as a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. For more than 30 years, the Krzanic family has also been running a famous restaurant, Roko, on the riva. On the menu, fish or grilled meat.

In the west of the harbor, past the hotel complex, the pine forest resumes its rights. A new residential area has been set up, well away from the hustle and bustle of the center and a 10 minute walk from the beach. The large Petranić family house is well organized for welcoming tourists. On the ground floor are the owners, welcoming and discreet, and on the upper floors are the seasonal rentals, furnished studios with all the necessary comfort (balcony, air conditioning, kitchenette, satellite TV and free Wifi connection). In the garden there is a small swimming pool and a pleasant barbecue area. 

A hotel of 200 rooms bordering the walk of the sea, with 200 meters from a bus stop of the center, with the standing of one 4 stars, a spa recent, a self-service buffet, a restaurant with the à la carte, a barbecue installed on the beach, where it is extremely pleasant to order refreshing drinks, ice creams or to take part in the grilled meats parts.

8 km south of Omiš, in the town of Lokva Rogoznica, a villa 100 m from the sea. Some rooms have a balcony, all have a lounge area, with TV, free WLAN connection, fan and access to a common kitchen. Outside, a shady dining area, where you can use the barbecue of the house. Nearby, a restaurant, a grocery store, a bus stop. Several small pebble beaches, connected by hiking trails. The owners offer boat trips to the island of Brač or rafting/canyoning days on the Cetina River. Free parking.

If you want to live like the emperor Diocletian once, in the palace itself, it is the ideal place. The seven rooms have clean forms, a modern decoration with natural colours and noble materials. The only drawback is: the constant noise of tourists visiting the palace. So what do we do to restore peace? Close the window and make the air conditioning work!
