Val-D'Oise

If you didn't know, the "Avenue Verte" route linking Paris to London passes near you. Called "L'Oise des bâtisseurs", this section is divided into five stages over 91 km, each combining sport, relaxation and culture. Cross the Oise to discover a rich historical heritage: three abbeys including Royaumont, Chantilly castle, Beauvais cathedral, the royal city of Senlis... Your breaks will be cultural!

A well-known club, ASH brings cycling enthusiasts together on a regular basis to practice the sport in a great spirit. Depending on your level and inclination, you can opt for the touring or road-racing version, and the association's manager, Jean-Pierre Ribourdouille, will give you the warmest of welcomes. Open to Herblays residents and visitors alike, the club also offers regular Sunday training sessions. At the same time, it is associated with the municipal cycle race, held every year at the end of April.

The La Seine à Vélo itinerary takes you from the capital to La Manche along a 500-kilometer stretch of the river, taking in incredible scenery and numerous small towns. On the territory of the Val Parisis Communauté d'Agglomération (which is "co-creator" of this route, also known as "V33"), La Seine à Vélo passes through La Frette-sur-Seine and Herblay-sur-Seine. The Val Parisis cycling plan includes the development of this route in the area: locals and cyclists alike benefit from it!
