The Bonito rodoviaria connects the small town with the region's two major cities, the Mato Grosso do Sul state capital Campo Grande and Corumbà, the major city of the Southern Pantanal.

Campo Grande. Around 4 buses a day in both directions (only 2 on Sundays). From 101 R$. 4 to 5 hours travel time. Company: Cruzeiro do Sul. From Campo Grande, you can take the bus or plane to the country's major cities.

Corumbá. 1 bus a day except Sundays. Approx. R$146. Approx. 5 hours 30 mins. Company: Cruzeiro do Sul.

The international airport of Corumbà is located 4 kilometers from the center of the city and also 4 kilometers from the bus station. There are a few flights to Bolivia with Bolivian companies, but it is cheaper to fly from Puerto Suarez, on the Bolivian side of the border. From Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, there is more air travel and it is cheaper than from Brazil. You can get there by taxi or bus by taking the popular line 409 from the city center.
