The day starts at dawn with milking, before moving on to the production in her laboratory: fresh and mature cheeses, tomme, crottin, logs but also yoghurts and faisselle... it's enough to make you goaty! Sophie also offers dry sausages, merguez, sausages, chorizo, pies... made from goat meat and lamb and kid meat in season.
