Sophie Laluc welcomes you to her farm. Her herd consists of about a hundred goats, Saanen which give a sweet milk and Alpines whose milk is more typical and about 70 ewes. The day starts at dawn with milking, before moving on to the production in her laboratory: fresh and mature cheeses, tomme, crottin, logs but also yoghurts and faisselle... it's enough to make you goaty! Sophie also offers dry sausages, merguez, sausages, chorizo, pies... made from goat meat and lamb and kid meat in season.

Now that's a match made in heaven! Marion and Rémy Bonnard have taken over this essential boutique to share their passion for good food. A fine selection of wines from all regions of France and hand-picked champagnes await you for every occasion. Blanc de blancs, blanc de noirs, rosés, vintages, bubbles that will go perfectly with a tailor-made cheese platter, filled with classics and new flavors to discover!

Soft, bloomy and raw cheeses are available alongside Bordier butter, charcuterie, terrines, wines and champagnes: all the ingredients for a successful aperitif. Brice Délice also offers ready-made platters of cold cuts and cheeses garnished with dried fruit for your evenings and Sunday brunches.

In her cheese cellar, Julie Verzeaux invites you to discover her passion for good things. With a strong family know-how, Julie has developed very particular maturing techniques to offer her customers rare and atypical cheeses that will certainly melt you. On its shelves, a fine selection with a sweet scent of terroir where chaource, farm langres, vine stocks, maroilles... the best of the small local producers mix. On the delicatessen side, you will find fine delicatessen and wine to accompany the tasting. The shop also offers fondues to order, custom-made aperitif trays and cheese pieces for your events.

Cheese and 100% organic beer, that's what will make people happy! Margaux Renard and Antoine Crehin are at the origin of this beautiful meeting between dairy and craft brewery. Their shop offers brewed yoghurts, churned butter, fresh cheeses with herbs and spices, Champagne square and raclette cheese, which is of course accompanied by a bottle of Orgembulle. Timeless blond, fresh Blanchette or amber Roubignole, there's nothing like a good mousse!
