Typical Mediterranean cuisine: good paellas, delicious tuna tartare, steamed lobster with Catalan-style vegetables, fresh seafood pasta made on the spot that morning, fillet of sea bream with ginger and crunchy vegetables... Alessandro Minelli, manager of the famous Ca Na Pepa restaurant in Sant Francesc opened the doors of Café Miranda in 2016, offering a restaurant concept serving tapas and portions. Right in the middle of the Es Pujols seafront, the chic-looking bistro, decorated in vintage fifties fashion, is busy at all hours. A beautiful terrace to enjoy the mild summer evenings and taste classic and well-made tapas : mussels, ceviche, chipirones, croquettes, jabugo (an Iberian ham), hummus... Very good.

This is one of the most expensive and exclusive restaurants in Formentera. The heirs of Juan and Andrea have taken over the reins of the establishment, which serves lobsters, prawns, scampi, paellas and fish in an idyllic setting. The luxurious boats coming from Ibiza have made it an almost obligatory stop on the road to summer pleasure. Those who drop anchor offshore can even benefit from a zodiac service reserved for clients. For the average person, the restaurant is accessible by a dirt road. "Luxury, calm and pleasure".

On the northern tip of Sa Illetes beach, the restaurant Es Minister unveils its large shaded terrace facing the turquoise sea surrounding the peninsula. A good beer is refreshed or dildo. Here's a simple, pleasant little address: El Baret (meaning "the little bar"), located under the arches facing the port of La Savina, has been revamped and is now run by a friendly Italian couple. What's on the menu? A wide variety of dishes from all over the world... Not surprising for a port! Well-rolled sushi and maki, crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth pizzas, generous sandwiches, solid burgers, not to mention tailor-made, healthy bowls topped with good produce. A perfect port stop.
