There is a great atmosphere in the evening, with a joyful mix of village grandfathers and young people from all over Europe. In the restaurant part, they serve à la carte meals, with good fish. Very good value for money. You can eat everything here, especially grilled fish. It is also a good place to have breakfast. Not to be missed for the nostalgic of the sixties..

The restaurant is located on the road leading to the plateau of La Mola.

On the menu, salads, a wide choice of pizzas (classic or special), fresh pasta (we recommend the dish of Chitarrine con bogavante, salsa de tomate cherry y albahaca fresca or the Spaghetti con almejas), fish and meat. And for those who are crazy about pizza, they even offer a Nutella pizza for dessert. Prices are quite high, as everywhere.

CAFÈ MATINAL
Read moreOpened in 1988 by Ina, a self-taught artist with a passion for cooking, and Josep, a Catalan who toured the kitchens of the best hotels in Europe before moving to Formentera, Cafè Matinal is a real institution! As its name suggests, this little address hidden away in a pedestrian alleyway specialises in brunches and breakfasts based on fresh, home-made products. Very cute setting, reasonable prices, we're not afraid to say it, it's one of the best addresses on the island for a sweet and sour breakfast.
CAN FORN
Read moreIn a warm rustic decor all in wood, you will taste a generous traditional cuisine. Propeller fan, old photos on the walls, craftsman's tools... A real little tavern! Country salad, mussels in marinara, squid with squid ink, octopus salad (very tender), conill amb ceba (rabbit)... The restaurant is also known for its excellent fresh fish (the owner has won several fishing competitions!). Don't forget the desserts, they are to die for! A must, in our opinion.
CAN LOCA
Read moreA table run by Italians, on the Es Pujols promenade. Can Loca spreads out its large terrace (nicely illuminated in the evening) facing the Big Blue. Iodized meal with the sound of the waves. Unpretentious cuisine (clams, fried calamari, mussels, scampi, Catalan-style lobster, seafood carpaccios, grilled fish or copious paellas to share...) in a romantic setting. To conclude: a good address to eat fish and seafood. Very good quality-price ratio. Friendly service.
RESTAURANT ES CALÓ
Read moreRight next to the Es Caló apartments, this renowned restaurant has become an essential address for savouring iodine-based specialities in front of a dazzling sea. This is what we call a safe bet! The cuisine is classic Spanish and well prepared. But the game is worth the candle.

At the entrance to the beach, the address is less "bling-bling" than the restaurants of Ses Illetes and a little less expensive, although the prices charged exceed the quality offered. They prepare typical specialities such as paellas and freshly caught fish from the house. Some meat dishes are also on the menu. But one will go there especially for the privileged framework, vis-a-vis a blue sea as the azure.
