MIRACLE RETREAT

Ingrid Bauer, lifestyle journalist and passionate about travel and yoga offers on her blog Les Voyages d'Ingrid holistic retreats in Ibiza. On the program, obviously, yoga (kundalini and vinyasa) but also sound baths with electro music, meditations, conscious walks... A stay to recharge your batteries, to find yourself, all in the idyllic setting of Ingrid's finca. This 150 year old building has been restored so that you can enjoy it in communion with nature.
