Four days of music and festivities! Le Cabaret Vert attracted 127,000 festival-goers to its 2023 edition, and never ceases to thrill the crowds. 18 years of fun and sharing. Lomepal, Nekfeu, Niska, Pomme, Dionysos, the festival is open to all kinds of music and has a strong ecological conscience. But Cabaret Vert isn't just a music festival, it's also a comics festival, bringing some forty talented artists to the fore each year, as well as street shows and screenings.

Every other year, some 150 troupes from 5 continents come to present their puppet shows! Now a worldwide event, it is aimed more at adults than children, who will nevertheless find plenty to dream about. Poetry is on every street corner in Charleville-Mézières. There's also an "off" festival version, which brings the city's streets to life like an urban fairy tale. See you in 2025!

In 2024, the fortress will be celebrating 29 years of festivities! Entertainment resonates in the main courtyard, music fills the air, swords clash and taverns pour the precious brew. It is the story of a single monument in France: that of the church of Asfeld, to the singular baroque architecture evoking a violin of gambe, which is the rendez-vous of baroque music brought to the bues thanks to its exceptional framework for lovers of luth, theorina, floral flute, inspired singing and, of course, violin. For the fifth edition, spring took its neighbourhoods. Every summer, the remains of the Cassine castle come back to life to become the scene of a sound and light show with pyrotechnic effects, unique in its kind in Europe. The spectators embark on a mobile stand that moves over 300 m to discover the largest stage in the Grand Est. Splendid decorations, grandiose staging, all the ingredients are gathered to spend a memorable evening. Robin Hood will have charmed the spectators during the summer of 2022!

Sedan is no stranger to this traditional family event. What a pleasure it is to stroll around Place d'Armes and Place de la Halle, just a few days before Christmas. A host of decorating ideas tickle the fancy of parents, while children marvel at all the pretty lights. Gourmets are also in for a treat, with a multitude of regional products on sale. And of course, Santa Claus will be waiting for you in his chalet.

Amateurs and enthusiasts on foot, visit Flize on May 7 th! The municipality will live on that day at the pace of the many athletes who came to participate in the 10 km test, marked between paths and trails. Ideal to add a touch of sports training to your summer holidays, without sweating blood and water, the course does not have a major difficulty. Beginners or more experienced, to your trainers and sail! A snack will be offered to all participants following the festivities.

A cultural initiative that had to be included in our guide. In 2024, the festival celebrates its ^32nd anniversary. The principle? The screening of films or shorts in which the heroes are children. A great way to paint children from all over the world, the project travels throughout the region. Themed evenings include manga, documentaries and short films, as well as ciné-goûter, guest screenings and prize-giving by a high-school jury. A lively fortnight of cinema that puts young people in the spotlight.
