As is the regional tradition, every Friday in February, this oil mill welcomes private individuals to bring their walnut kernels to the press. As it takes 2 kg of walnuts to produce 1 liter of oil, many individuals have their harvest transformed! Throughout the year, the Guénard family oil mill also produces a variety of oils: Aquitaine hazelnut, corn germ, hemp, sesame, rapeseed, almond, pistachio and pumpkin seed oils, as well as rapeseed and sunflower oils.

Located in Nourray, in the Loir-et-Cher region of France, Le Boël is a family farm offering farm products for direct sale. The farm's farmers have chosen to develop several diversification workshops in harmony with the environment. These include free-range poultry, chicken and capon/pintade rillettes, and various types of honey. It is also possible to order online and collect products from the store in Nourray. As well as selling farm produce, Le Boël also offers an on-site gîte rural, with capacity for 10 people in 4 bedrooms.
