As is the regional tradition, every Friday in February, this oil mill welcomes private individuals to bring their walnut kernels to the press. As it takes 2 kg of walnuts to produce 1 liter of oil, many individuals have their harvest transformed! Throughout the year, the Guénard family oil mill also produces a variety of oils: Aquitaine hazelnut, corn germ, hemp, sesame, rapeseed, almond, pistachio and pumpkin seed oils, as well as rapeseed and sunflower oils.
