Since its creation more than 100 years ago in the bakery of the small village of Brittany, Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, the Saint Michel cake has seen its production go from the artisanal stage to that of a modern cookie factory, but this family business has been able to preserve the values that have allowed it to pass the years and fashions with success. Pastry-making is a family heritage for the De Monte family. With his grandfather and father showing him the way, Mickaël trained with the best.
