Brittany's flagship product, the galette Saint-Michel has been crunching in the mouth for over a century. Made from 100% French wheat, it is the emblem of the Biscuiterie Saint-Michel brand. Although its production has evolved from the artisanal stage in Joseph Grellier's bakery to that of a cookie product, the company, which has remained family-owned, has retained the values that made it a success. Over the years, other delicacies have joined the delicious galettes.

Le magasin de la marque Saint Michel est situé dans le vieux rennes, on y trouve les codes habituels de la marque en terme de décoration. On retrouve bien évidemment les produits habituels de la marque, c'est toujours agréable de trouver un magasin en cas de petite faim.
