Regional cheese and cream stores Indre-Et-Loire

After 6 decades of operation in La Roche-Clermault, the Vazereau farm has opened a site entirely dedicated to welcoming the public in Cinais. The Laurent family's goat farm is a real educational farm, where visitors can watch milking without disturbing the animals, and have access to an educational room as well as a yoghurt factory from spring 2024, all in a place that is safe for children and accessible to people with reduced mobility. For gourmets, Vazereau products are available for sale at the site entrance.

Rodolphe Le Meunier is a multi-awarded cheese maker who exports his cheeses all over the world. He and his sister have taken up the family torch and continue their longstanding know-how. They have 400 m² of maturing cellars in La Croix-en-Touraine. You can find them on several markets in the department and, as a matter of course, at the Halles de Tours! It's simple, there's something for everyone, including an impressive variety of goat's cheese.

Marie-Thérèse and Thierry Cartereau select farm products that reveal the terroirs of all France and some Swiss, Italian or English specimens. A beautiful collection of cheeses made from cow's, goat's or sheep's milk, whose quality is not surprising when you know that these craftsmen are also ripeners. For lovers of goat cheese, stop by the charming farm run by Eric and Nathalie in the small village of Druye. Here more than 200 goats are grazing quietly. Above all, you will be able to buy quality and fresh products directly in the small store located in the farm. The little extra? The visit and the presentation of the animals, a moment appreciated by the children. You can also find the products (cheeses, yogurts...) at the markets of Joué-lès-Tours and Savonnières.

Sylvie Gauthier welcomes you with a smile to this boutique in the heart of Chinon. Some 120 items are on offer, from different regions, all selected for their quality: a little paradise for cheese lovers!
