Wine at the Mabileau's is a family affair. The two grandfathers were already producers in the Loire Valley. In 1985, Laurent Mabileau settled in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil on a 28-hectare vineyard spread over the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil and Bourgueil appellations. He works exclusively with the king grape variety of the region, Cabernet Franc (locally called "Breton"). The vines are planted at a rate of 4,500 vines per hectare and are managed using sustainable agriculture. They produce a wine of character, fruity, supple and generous.

Since June 2018, the Maison des Vins de Bourgueil has opened its second address at the foot of the Château de Langeais and offers 12 wines for tasting with a wide choice of vintages among 180 references. The Amirault family and the Clos des Quarterons, it's a family story that has been going on for over 180 years! A know-how that has been passed on for 6 generations. Today, Agnès, Xavier and Thierry open the doors of the Clos des Quarterons on about thirty hectares, to discover the estate, their grape varieties (mainly Cabernet Franc), their wines (red, white and fine bubbles) and their cultivation method: biodynamic viticulture.

The estate's 8 hectares are spread out over the communes of Luynes and Fondettes, overlooking the Loire, whose different geological characteristics complement each other well. Timothée Delalle cultivates his vines with respect for the winemaker's craft. He offers a selection of wines, including Le Four Blanc, Le Haut Repos and Le Moulin Doré. This estate is one of the few in the Chinon region to have all of its vineyards on the hillsides. It benefits from an exceptional exposure, allowing it to produce wines of great expression. Jean-François Delelay has been immersed in the culture of wine since his childhood. He invites you to come and discover his reds and his few rosés and whites. This estate operates 13 ha of vineyards spread over the plain and hillsides. The vineyard converted to organic in 2018. The grape varieties used are Cabernet Franc for the red and rosé wines and Chenin for the white wine. The diversity of the soils and the age of the vines (from 20 to 80 years old) allow us to offer a variety of vintages, aged in vats, barrels or even in a terracotta egg. The wines of the plain are fruity, while those of the hillsides, more complex, are rather intended for aging. The domain also produces wine confits and grape juice.

Catherine Dhoye Deruet was awarded a bronze Ligers at the Salon des Vins de Loire 2008 for her sparkling vouvray brut 2005. This winemaker makes "natural" wines (without chaptalization or yeast), vouvray wines typical of their vintage, including the famous méthode traditionnelle extra brut.

Antoine and Vincent Dupuy operate 11 hectares of vineyards on the land of Noble-Cheek, a garden of scents in Touraine, where an original grey wine is produced, resulting from a subtle assembly of the three pinots. Pinot meunier is the body and power, Pinot gris gives fruity and finesse, Pinot noir brings the roundness and length. The rosé of Antoine and Vincent Dupuy offers a very aromatic nose of small red fruits and strawberry, combined with a pleasant, harmonious, smooth and full-bodied mouth.

Bernard Fouquet makes the most of his 23-hectare vineyard on the best Aubuis soils in the appellation. His various Vouvray cuvées are pleasantly fruity, but also characterized by their finesse. A successful 2003, with a penchant for Cuvée Alexandre, a warm, mellow wine combining two terroirs (Girardières and Marigny).

The Cave des Vignerons, located between Tours and Amboise, along La Loire, welcomes you in an extraordinary setting: nestled in the tuff stone, you will be arresting long corridors that have long been, for very long years, true treasure. You will discover dry, semi-dry, soft white wines, a traditional method of the Montlouis appellation, of several producers in the vicinity. All these independent winemakers (25) offer you wines from Montlouis-sur-Loire AOC. Love local wines, taste these various alcohols, prepared with passion with traditional methods. A new domain orchestrated by the Bruneau brothers, Valentin and Henri. Working in an office was not for them, so they decided to launch themselves into what they were passionate about: wine growing. With a BTS in their pocket, followed by experiences with winemakers on their own, they found their happiness with 11 ha in Beaumont-en-Véron in old AOC Chinon vines on hillsides with 6 different terroirs. First harvest in 2020. Vinification at the top for this domain led in organic farming for reds 100% cabernet franc and whites 100% chenin.
