We had to find a variant to the vine that could, from time to time, unravel the gossip… It was in this corner of Berry, a great producer of brewery, that she was born with priesthood respecting the old brassico traditions. Thus, all beers are brewed, fermented, cautioned and bottled in the brewery. Most of them are made with Berrichon malts and high-quality Bavarian hops. Brewing techniques take back old recipes in infusion but also in decoding. We're getting the sancerroise blonde to the green lens of Berry. Black beers will love Sancerroise in Gruyt. La Sans-Gêne is a blonde, La Drôlesse is blonde and the Lou-Pelou is organic while the Sancerroise-Val-d 'Or is a beautiful redhorse. Come on, once is not custom, extra foam!

Many have been rewarded: The Sancerroise with the Berry green lentil received the bronze medal in 2004 at the general agricultural competition, the Rose Blanche received the gold medal at the Lyon 2015 International Competition, as did the Sancerroise at the Gruyt. The latter is a dark beer with spices, according to a medieval recipe. You will also find beer jelly or Sancerre wine confit in the shop. Two bottle sizes are available, as well as draught beer. The production is traditional, using traditional methods.

If you start finding your beers in a few specialized shops, it's mainly a local market that is targeted, because for the brewery's creators, the route of the short circuit is as important after manufacturing as before. If 2015 saw the start of the distillery, it is only from 2018 that the organic berrichon whiskey will be available after aged 3 in oak barrels. The distillery also produces a very aromatic gin as well as "the spirit of the Ouche", a assembly of spirits of beer and malt unspoiled.
LE PAVILLON DE PRÉCY

The first objective is to brew with the barley malts produced at the Pavillon in order to become a farm-brewery, which will be quite innovative. An initiative to be supported with the different ranges produced such as the classic blonde, and in the European style the Irish Red Ale, the Porter, the Hefeweizen, the Saison and, icing on the cake, the Mandarina Bavaria with its striking aroma.
