Held over a weekend in May, the event kicks off with a wine and chocolate evening, featuring cocktails made with chocolate and wines from Belize and beyond. Saturday is devoted to demonstrations of chocolate production practices and tasting, and throughout the weekend activities are organized to keep the kids entertained. An ideal opportunity to discover the south of the country.
