Among the specialties, the chicken coconut or the cocoa dorad, the uproar, the lion filet of the old rum, the green bananas to spices, the vegetables of countries mired in coconut milk, the ice in cassava… In short, a simple but tasty cuisine, served in kouis (calebas)! The carbet, surrounded by vegetation, is built in bamboo and woven palm. The service takes place on the terrace, from which we have a view of the Saints. Playground for children. For the largest, Amerindian handicraft shop, and free Wi-Fi for customers. The staff were very helpful.

Excellent value for money in this restaurant with a nice view. The plates are copious (local kitchen) and the warm welcome. The hotel also organizes musical evenings.

The cuisine at Ti-Maz, located on the Rivière-Sens marina, is inspired by chef Matthieu Métais's many travels (Reunion, Provence, Vietnam...), as well as by West Indian gastronomy. Fresh produce is supplied by a fine list of local producers. On the menu: "crousti-fondants" ribs with caramelized sauce, served with a sweet potato velouté, seared tuna fillet served with a ti-cucumber curry... The menu changes regularly, and dishes are accompanied by original cocktails.

A large play area offers a wide range of board games and toys for children. The place is also a youth hostel with 4 rooms and a co-working space.

Ti' Roots burgers combines bistronomy and street food culture from the USA, with Caribbean and West Indian accents. The burgers are made with quality products, the buns are homemade, the meat is 100% pure beef from France, and the fish is locally caught. They are served with fries in plain, bacon or chicken flavors. The establishment, on the second floor of a building, is also a good place for a drink, with a wide choice of homemade cocktails and a selection of local beers.

The cuisine is fresh and of the highest quality, with local produce, fish and meat supplied by local fishermen and butchers. Choose from four daily specials, including a vegetarian option.
