They combine expertise, creativity and gourmandise, and are prepared in the traditional way with flavors derived from 100% local products: coconut sugars, bananarhum, doucelettes and fruit jellies. The Confi'Truck, the food-truck for sweet tooths, makes a stop every Saturday near Jardiland de Convenance in Baie-Mahault from 9am to 7pm.

It offers a range of original and tasty mustards, flavoured cane vinegars, spicy purees, preparations for cod or ouassous pasta, banana or coconut fritters, or spices for desserts... Aline and Philip make you discover their brewery with passion, through its history and the manufacturing processes of Karett beer. The three artisanal beers, unfiltered, based on natural ingredients: the lager (barley malt, cane sugar), the white (wheat malt, lime and bitter orange peel, coriander), the amber (barley malt, Guadeloupe coffee). If you're passing through in June or July, you might be lucky enough to taste the blonde Éphémère d'été, made from caramelized malts with delicate accents of coriander seeds.

It welcomes more and more locals who have become accustomed to this meeting place to stock up on all kinds of local products. You can walk around, in a friendly atmosphere, between the stalls of fruits and vegetables of the farmers of the surroundings, the butcher's truck whose craftsman proposes only local meat, a stand of syrups, punches, crafts... The parking lot is located at the traffic circle of Montebello, near the beach of Viard.

A young woman from Brittany offers you the chance to discover Peyi fresh fruit juices and excellent coconut sorbets in her white van set up on the beach. She prepares smoothies, milkshakes, over 20 flavors of ice cream and non-alcoholic cocktails right in front of you. Juices are made to order to retain maximum freshness and vitamins. Fruit is local and in season. You'll also find sandwiches prepared on demand, for emergency use (ham and cheese, tuna and mayonnaise, cod).

The traditional white sugar is replaced by coconut blossom sugar and maltitol, a sugar derived from cereals. Cap Creole has specialized in the production of Caribbean smoked fish since 1996. The brand offers a range of seafood products that are very appreciated locally and worth discovering (smoked fish rillettes, smoked fish boards, fish fillets, pâtés...). Some are available in supermarkets. Others, from the delicatessen range (carpaccios, fish steaks such as tuna minced meat with cives, marlin tartar with vanilla salt...) are only available in the brand's shops (Saint-François, Bouillante and Jarry).
