Read moreIn the land of Per Jakez Helias and Hénaff pâté, in an old farmhouse with an undeniable cachet, Patrick Daniel (the first brewer in the Bigouden region in 1999!) brews traditional, top-fermented, pure malt, unfiltered beers in vats from Wales. There are five types of beer from Penhors: amber, blonde, brown, white and stout. About 400 hl/year come out of the Bigouden vats. And since a few years, a delicious organic lemonade is also made on the spot! A very nice discovery.
