Since its creation in 2009, Télé Bretagne Ouest, or Tébéo as it is known, has steadily built up its reputation among Finistériens and Bretons in general! In fact, Tébéo is a local, private channel broadcasting to the whole of the department, as well as to the west of the Côtes d'Armor and part of Morbihan.
