Craft breweries and microbreweries Nièvre

The son of a breeder and very attached to his land, Vincent Robiche naturally set up his brewery in the heart of the Nivernais region, in the commune of Parigny-les-Vaux. Handcrafted top fermentation beers, and awarded at the Salon de l'Agriculture, La Rur'ale beers come in ten flavours: blond, white, brown, red, stout... They are packaged in bottles (50 cl) and in 10, 20 and 30 litre barrels. You can buy or taste these beers in many establishments, the list of which is available on the website.

There can't be any more Neversoise than this brewery in the heart of the ducal city! This is a 100% organic craft brewery, using organic French malt, organic hops and non-GMO yeast. To satisfy all palates, Daisy the light blonde, Circé the smoked redhead, Hilda the German-style white, Ishbel the golden blonde, and finally the declination of Georges (amber, copper...), will satisfy all thirsts! B comme Bière was born from Philippe's passion for beer: it is in the heart of the green Morvan that he set up his microbrewery to produce his beers in an artisanal way and in a short circuit. His beers are both sweet and amber, light and refreshing, or creamy according to the desires of the moment. The Pils, the Ambrée, the Brune and the seasonal beers are to be found directly at the brewery or on the markets of Saulieu and Alligny-en-Morvan. Beers with simple and generous tastes, to be shared in a friendly atmosphere. Coming soon, a gîte and a bar-restaurant.

It is in this old 19th century farmhouse that the brewer, originally from Liège, has installed his tanks and his passion for craft brewing. At the edge of the forest, in total communion with nature, La Courge revives its friendly past as a meeting point for the hunters of the town. The beers are elaborated in a traditional way, by brewing cereals, hops, and adding yeast and sugar for their manufacture. La Simplette, La Morveuse and Les 2 Pépés each express their typicality for the happiness of local beer lovers.
