Media Nièvre

Created in 1984, this local radio station covers three quarters of the Nièvre (Clamecy, Corbigny and Varzy), as well as the south of the Yonne. Broadcasting on 91 FM, Flotteurs FM is intended for the general public, offering listeners rich and varied programmes, with very different themes, covering all musical styles: Club Collection, Into the Mix, Big Cactus... The first regional news media in the Nièvre, Le Journal du Centre was created in September 1944, succeeding the underground newspaper La Nièvre Libre, created during the German occupation. Belonging to the same press group (Centre France), it was produced in Auxerre on the presses of L'Yonne Républicaine. For its 85,000 daily readers, it reports the news of the Nivernais region, but also offers national information. It is also available in digital version and on social networks.
