Since its foundation in 1890, 5 generations have succeeded each other to produce high quality honey. Apidis is an independent family business that owns, among other things, the Les Ruchers de Bourgogne brand. Specialized in the production, packaging and marketing of honey from all over the world, but also of products derived from the hive. Of the 4,500 hives, 1,000 are in organic production. The honeys are harvested in a natural way, guaranteed without additives or preservatives and processed according to a charter scrupulously respected as a guarantee of quality. Traditional acacia or fir honeys, but also more rare eucalyptus or chestnut trees. Also wellness products such as royal jelly, or gourmet jellies, nougats, nibbles, jams, jellies or marmalades or condiments. A great local success!

Benoît and Clotilde Lécuyer chose the profession of beekeeper for their reconversion in their favorite Châtillonnais. The Ruchers de Darbois were born at the same time as the National Forest Park, from which they immediately acquired the Esprit Parc label. The honey house has the best equipment, the filtration is done cold, the approach is 100% organic and the range is rich of summer honeys, spring honeys, flavored variants and chutneys. The 350 hives each house 70,000 bees that gather honey from the flowers of the lime, oak and maple forests.

Beekeepers for 3 generations, the Degrâce family is an expert in beekeeping and honey products. They welcome you to their workshop where you can discover the products of their 350 hives. You can choose between acacia honey, clear and liquid, spring honey, smooth and ideal for breakfast (made from rapeseed flowers, fruit trees and dandelions), and finally the honey of summer flowers (lime, bramble, blueberries ...) darker, mainly used for pastry.
