The brand has developed a whole range of beautifully presented gourmet packages, sweet, savory or spicy, all of which make superb gift ideas. The products are on sale in grocery stores and supermarkets, as well as in the showroom adjoining their workshop. The website lets you send in all the products, as well as a " made in Guyana " selection. You can also visit the Paris boutique at 83 rue des Martyrs.

Au Savoureux Gâteau is a bakery and patisserie with a good reputation among Rémire-Montjoly residents. It concocts personalized cakes and delicious ice creams with local flavours, all delivered to your door on request. As a bakery, you'll also find delicious bread rolls and local juices. Gourmets will be delighted by pastries made with local fruit. A real treat, ideal for those small cravings. The bakery is so well known that it almost gave its name to the surrounding neighborhood.

An excellent traditional French bakery offering the classics (baguettes, pain au chocolat and croissants), as well as a wide range of breads such as sport bread (wholemeal, with dried fruit) or the delicious lardon roll! Other viennoiseries are on display, as well as tempting pastries (the lemon cream puffs are to die for!), hearty tartines, solid sandwiches and salads. Fast, friendly service.

Another bakery in Rémire, you say? Yes, but not just any bakery! Artisan baker Stéphane Ficet has succeeded in transforming this small space into a veritable place of pleasure. He regularly makes delicious cakes and other chocolate creations. Creole chocolate is also featured, so don't hesitate to discover it if you haven't already. And of course, traditional viennoiseries and other special breads (such as pain sportif or pain noix et comté) are also on offer, to our great delight!

Maeva is a must for breakfasts, with several formulas to choose from. This patisserie, snack bar and tea room has made its reputation on the quality of its cakes and viennoiseries. Tarts (the onion tarts are incredible) and chouquettes, among others, are very popular. You can also enjoy a light lunch, with a wide choice of salads and sandwiches on site or to take away. If you'd like to sit down, don't queue along the shop windows, but go straight into the restaurant.

Jo le Glacier in French Guiana needs no introduction! He offers a wide selection of ice creams and sorbets in a unique range of local flavors made with fresh local fruit: soursop, cherry, carambola, wassai, coconut milk corn, patawa, sapotille, mombin, sweet potato, lemongrass... There's also a whole range of tasty sweet treats, such as churros served with melted chocolate, waffles, cakes and tarts. Attention, gourmands, here's a slight foretaste of paradise... And a real treat!

The Cayenne farmers' market is held every Saturday morning in the parking lot of the Super NKT (formerly Super U) shopping center, on departmental road number 8. Producers, breeders, farmers and restaurateurs set up their stalls and offer the week's harvests. You'll find fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as a variety of other products, sometimes different from those found on the Cayenne market. All in a friendly, popular atmosphere.

The town's market is a delightful surprise, bringing together fruit and vegetable producers, artisans and retailers. Set on a large parking lot, it's not as beautiful and complete as the Cayenne market, but it nevertheless offers a wide selection of local fruit and vegetables. Small craftsmen also sell honey and wax clothing. And if you're feeling peckish, you'll find several stalls selling Asian food, crêpes, andouillettes...

Building on its success in downtown Cayenne, Nath Café soon opened a second branch in Rémire-Montjoly. The creator of this gourmet coffee shop is something of a "coffee sommelier", and a devotee of Latte Art (the art of drawing designs with milk on coffee). American-Guyanese-inspired pastries (oh, the mango cheesecake!), artisanal ice creams, smoothies, frozen yoghurts and bubble teas complete the gustatory offering.
