ASPAG is a water sports association that regularly organizes outings to discover nature, such as canoeing, kayaking and pirogue trips. Safe, fun and sporting activities, with a very friendly team. There's a choice of creek outings, surrounded by vegetation, or more sporting sea outings, or even downhill and freestyle whitewater excursions for more experienced kayakers. This store, well known to the locals, offers more and more: here you'll find everything you need for carbeting, hiking, fishing, hunting, as well as airsoft equipment (weapons and protection). The welcome and advice are excellent! There's also a military surplus where you can find all the equipment you need to tackle the department's forests and rivers. And because hammocks aren't the only way to discover the forest and nature activities, take a look at the wide choice of tents!

What could be more beautiful than admiring the vastness of Guiana from the air? Whether you want to learn to fly, whether you already fly or not, the Aéroclub de Cayenne-Matoury offers you the chance to discover the inselbergs and the vastness of the Amazon from the air, thanks to the club's four aircraft. Instructors offer introductory and advanced flights, as well as first flights. Several circuits are available. A memorable outing!

Recently renovated, the facility now boasts a 50-meter Olympic-size pool divided into ten lanes, a 400 m² training and warm-up pool, a sauna, a weight room and a 500-seat grandstand. Numerous activities are on offer, including aquagym and swimming lessons. Bathing cap and swimsuit mandatory (no shorts for men). A clean, welcoming facility that will delight swimmers passing through town.

Here you'll find a wide choice of quality boats and equipment for a safe and successful river trip. To rent, you'll need: an identity card, a credit card deposit, a coastal or inland license and payment of the service charge at the time of booking. All the equipment you need for your day's adventure is also available for hire: generators, towing buoys, coolers.... Boats can be delivered to your site if you don't have a tow hook - this is an additional service.

The Break Club is a sports and leisure complex with all the facilities you need to relax or recharge your batteries: pony for the little ones, squash and tennis courts and equipment, fitness room, Zumba or salsa classes... And for those who just want to relax, the pool area is the perfect place to unwind... There's also a bowling alley (6 lanes), a billiards room and a video games room. Inaugurated in April 2015, the Zéphir regional skatepark, located in Montabo, is a delight for roulette fanatics! The place is fun, with several modules for riding and a large ramp. What's more, this enclosed area offers families the chance to take their little ones for a ride, as well as enjoying the well-landscaped wooded area overlooking the big bowl. Watch out for traffic jams around the park at rush hour.

The Fort Diamant stables are among the most important in the region. Depending on your level, you can enjoy a ride on the beach, a private lesson, a bit of acrobatics or show jumping, while entrusting your children to the Baby Club. There are also activities open to disabled people and school groups. The establishment is very well kept and has a store stocked with riding equipment. Club Nautique de la Pirogue is the oldest sailing club in French Guiana. Located on the Pointe Mahury stretch of water, it's the perfect place for an introduction to sport sailing. Learning and baptisms take place on Optimist, Laser and dinghies (for young and old), but it is also possible to take part in advanced sailing and regatta courses. If you're a swing and green enthusiast, this is the place for you. Although the Practice Golf de Matoury only has a 9-hole course (an 18-hole course can be found at Golf de l'Anse, in Kourou), it is nevertheless an excellent training ground for beginners. With its excellent facilities, this pretty driving range is managed by a dynamic and enthusiastic team who will adapt to your level and expectations, offering advice and tips.

Aquazonia is a vast leisure area equipped with a whole armada of fun pools, including whirlpools, counter-current water circuits and water cannons, as well as a 25-meter pool divided into 6 lanes for swimming, an 80-meter-long slide (which is unfortunately not always open) and facilities for children. Aquagym, swimming and aquabike classes are also available. Appreciable in this heat, the site could do with a little freshening up..

Introducing Guyana's first Laser Game! Neon lights, fog and music will immediately get you in the mood and get the adrenalin pumping in a futuristic, air-conditioned 400 m² maze that can accommodate up to 24 warriors for a 20-minute game. The principle is now well known to all: two teams armed with laser pistols and left to their own devices (or each for themselves) are expected to accumulate the most points by shooting their opponents.
