The Fitness Plaza concept comprises two establishments in Cayenne and Matoury. You'll find excellent sports equipment, an XXL choice of classes, trained and competent coaches and regular promotions. A free fitness assessment is offered on arrival. Access is unlimited, 7 days a week, with no obligation. Several areas are available: weights, cardio and sauna. Coached group classes are offered regularly, as are personalized coaching sessions.

The Fitness Plaza concept consists of 2 complexes in Matoury and Cayenne. In each of the gyms, you'll find excellent sports equipment, a choice of 25 coached classes and over 50 self-service video classes, and trained, competent coaches. To help you get started in the right direction, we offer a fitness assessment on arrival. Several areas are available, including weights, cardio and sauna. And for those who don't want to work out on their own, group classes are offered regularly, as well as personalized coaching.
