To have the privilege of enjoying the Glafkos tavern, you'll need to be patient (especially in high season), as reservations are not taken here and tables by the water are few and far between. But it's worth it! The service is impeccable, the setting enchanting and the varied menu offers refined and original cuisine, but always very typical and gourmet. Grilled feta with sesame seeds, fried calamari, Greek salads and vegetable caviars... the choice is yours.

Away from the hustle and bustle of central Naoussa, Rada's terrace, all wood and sleek modern furnishings, welcomes guests in a privileged setting, in the calm of the beachfront. In the kitchen, chef Gikas Genakis is at the helm. Together with his team, he prepares seasonal gourmet menus that sublimate the traditional flavors of the Cyclades. In the shade of a majestic tree, the café Distrato underwent a facelift a few years ago. Today, it's a café in tune with the times, with a trendy decor combining industrial style, antique objects, marble and metal. You can come in at any time of day for breakfast, brunch or an afternoon snack of chocolate pancakes, toast, omelettes and gourmet bagels, served in beautiful ceramic crockery. To accompany all this, fruit and vegetable smoothies that are as healthy as they are good.

Situated in a pedestrian alleyway, To Takimi is an authentic Greek taverna that's a hive of activity at all hours of the day and night. Whether it's its welcoming shaded green patio, its sky-blue beams or its typical wooden furniture, everything makes you want to sit down here, even before discovering the menu. On the plate, unpretentious but well-executed Greek and Mediterranean cuisine: octopus in sauce, grilled fish, cheeses... All palates should be won over. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes more festive.

This restaurant is perfectly placed, in the middle of the main avenue of Naoussa. One can sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere of the street. And the owner is very friendly, as well as the team of waiters. As for the food, the mushrooms sautéed with garlic, onions and tomatoes are very good. The sautéed crayfish(saganaki) with ouzo, feta cheese and garlic, a great classic, are also very good. On the other hand, the seafood pasta is very dry, really disappointing. Nice restaurant, but a bit uneven.

This family tavern showcases the traditional cuisine of the Parisians' lands. Here, in fact, the menu is not turned towards the sea, for once, but more towards the products of the Lefkes Valley. A pleasant change! You will taste the owner's pork chops, rabbits, snails and cockerels to discover the true cuisine of the interior. The products are of excellent quality and this will be an opportunity to discover a truly authentic menu. All this in a very pleasant setting, surrounded by gardenias.

Located a few kilometers from the hustle and bustle of Naoussa, on the seafront, Christiana is the restaurant attached to the hotel of the same name. The place is peaceful and charming, where you can eat with your feet almost in the water. The address is discreetly exchanged on the beaches between lovers of fish and good Greek food. And why? Because the owners are fishermen themselves, and every day the restaurant receives its fish directly by boat. You can't get fresher than this! The menu includes lobster pasta and fish bisque.

This hut located on the beach is not lacking in charm. If you want to sunbathe while sipping a cocktail and contemplating the island of Naxos, you can rent a deckchair and its parasol. If you want to have a bite to eat, it happens in the restaurant. The decoration is made of wicker, the lights are carefully subdued in the evening, you feel good. On the menu? Pork shank with potatoes, sardines or mussels in ouzo with cherry tomatoes, fresh cream and gentian. Some rooms are available with sea or mountain view.

We are about to reveal one of our favorite addresses. The Thalassamou restaurant is located at the end of the beach, where it enjoys a royal isolation. We sit on the terrace or under the trees, with our feet in the water. The spot is charming but simple, you feel good. Marios Salmatanis, who revisits the local cuisine after training in France, serves incredible tarama, eggplant caviar, fava, sardines and guacamole, bruschetta, mussels with garlic and white wine, squid cooked in its ink... Everything is to die for. And it's not expensive at all!-

This beach restaurant opened in 1964 for bird hunters and is still run by the same family. It is typically the kind of beachside restaurant one would want to find on vacation. You dine with your feet in the sand and the food, although simple, is of excellent quality and prepared only with products from Paros. Don't forget to ask for the grilled fish, absolutely delicious. And the fava, beet and bread spreads are not to be outdone. Finally, not to spoil anything, the prices had the good taste to remain very low.

A little out of the city centre, the place is worth the trip. Here, on a spacious and pleasant terrace facing the sea, you will certainly not regret your breakfast or lunch at the Paros Nautical Club. All this with an excellent value for money for delicious Greek dishes made with fresh and local products. Without forgetting to enjoy the deckchairs on the "Blue Flag" beach, the beach volleyball and beach tennis courts, before why not take a sailing course in one of the most famous centres in Greece.

The name of this pleasant tavern means "good appetite" in French. Giorgos prepares good Greek dishes while his wife Sophie, who is French, serves in the dining room and will be able to inform you if you are free between fish dishes, good vegetarian options or classics less known on the map.

Family cuisine for thirty years, they go fishing for fish themselves, by boat, every morning. On the best days, there will be lobster that you can choose yourself in the aquarium. In addition, to accompany your ouzo, a wide variety of mezzés is also available à la carte. A very humble address, where the staff is delicate and generous.

This refined Mediterranean restaurant with a discreet French touch is beautifully set on a terrace overlooking a pedestrian street in Parikia. In cooler weather, you can also choose to dine in the sumptuously modern interior, with works of art hanging on the walls. We loved the spicy ceviche, the delicate clam pasta and the puffed chocolate cake, hidden in a cloud of barbapapa! The Porto Carras 2021 white wine also deserves a special mention. An ideal restaurant for a romantic dinner.

To dine with your feet in the sand, in a place that remains calm despite the bustle of the city centre. This is a great place to try a range of tasty seafood mezzes. Try the sea urchin salad,ahinosaláta, and tarama, both of which are very good. Vegetarians will appreciate the grilled vegetables with haloumi and balsamic vinegar, and fish lovers will have no complaints about the freshness and quality of the products offered here. To be washed down with a glass of fresh white wine.

This gourmet restaurant inside the Mythis Paros Hotel boasts an incredible panoramic view of the sea. But the real show is on the plate: ceviche with passion fruit and tiger's milk, octopus with fennel root, sea bass with blue potato, corn and yucca, or spicy oxtail that has simmered for 48 hours... All washed down with a few glasses of Moraitis and Dialogos wines. A real treat!

With beautiful views of Lefkes and the surrounding valley, Aranto looks like a basic Greek tavern. Don't trust appearances: it is one of the best restaurants of all Paros. Here you will taste what the parian cuisine offers better, in an enchanting setting and far away from the tourists who agglutinate on the coast. The young and dynamic team offers undisputed freshness from the farm. They are cooked with inventiveness and research. A real good address.
