Don't expect Italian-style spiral ice-creams, but rather very good artisanal ice-creams made with powdered milk and fresh fruit, served on a crunchy homemade cone. Françoise, Michelette, Reine and Delphine, four welcoming and smiling Senegalese women, were trained by an Italian association that supports them in their business.
