This marvel, of which the inhabitants of the city are so proud, was built by Swiss from October 1978 to May 1979; completely renovated in 2017, it connects in 7 minutes the Cerro del Grillo to the Cerro de la Bufa, and overlooks the city from a height of 85 meters at one point of its 650-meter route.
