The volumes are magnificent: the whole is built around a vast patio whose stone colonnades ensure a cosy appearance to the whole; everything is decorated with taste, without ostentatious superfluity. If you do not wish to reside there, we recommend that you at least go for a coffee in its magnificent restaurant on the first floor (not to be confused with the café on the terrace on the ground floor).

Beautiful charming hotel located above the bay of Tangolunda. All rooms have terrace, TV, fridge-bar and air conditioning. The room was very clean. Access to the beach from the hotel by stairs. 

Belonging to the famous Presidente Intercontinental chain, this hotel is located on the edge of the main beach of Ixtapa. Hollywood pools and green spaces with, as it should be, a lot of coconut trees. Rooms and suites are spacious and very comfortable (air conditioning), request a room in small buildings. There are 6 restaurants (Italian, French, sushi, fish and crustaceans…) and 2 snack bars serving 24 hours. On the beach there are palapas (palme umbrella). The staff were very friendly and helpful. El Alquimista is one of the oldest and best establishments in Zipolite. The wooden huts are comfortable and very well constructed, they have all views of the sea and a private bathroom. The hotel's restaurant and bar are renowned for the quality of the kitchen and cocktails as well as for the décor: In the evening candles on the rocks create a magical atmosphere.
