The new bus terminal makes it possible to directly connect Las Terrenas to Santo Domingo thanks to the road passing in the north of the peninsula, by avoiding the usual connection in Sanchez. The service also operates for other routes. The company Expresso ensures approximately 6 departures per day for the capital. The journey takes about 2.5 hours (see www.las-terrenas-live.com). The Dominican Shuttles company also proposes many regular and daily internal connections from Las Terrenas (www.dominicanshuttles.com)

This small international airport, which exists since 2006, is located at 20 minutes of Las Terrenas and Nagua by a recent highway which goes directly to Santo Domingo. It welcomes regular flights from the United States and Canada. The flights from Europe are assured in high season only by Eurowings, Nordwind Airlines or Wamos Air (no direct connections with France). It is better to bring something to eat, because there are few options on the spot and everything is overpriced!
