Libraries Pyrénées-Atlantiques

The Saint-Jean-de-Luz multimedia library offers its users a wide choice of collections on all media. In its shelves, young and old alike will find something to feed their thirst for reading, among 70,000 documents available for consultation on the spot or for borrowing. A collection dedicated to cinema and music is also available on the shelves, as well as a multimedia area to surf the Internet and learn about computer tools. Outside the library, it provides access to a range of digital resources via its online reservation portal.

The Médiathèque Trait d'Union is located in the northern part of the town, close to the hospital. Hospitality is what the library does best, welcoming visitors of all ages and interests to its 900 m² of space. Books, magazines, comics, CDs, DVDs and e-readers are on offer, as are computers and workstations. Free events are also organized throughout the year. The library also houses CLAP CRI's Centre documentation Illettrisme et Français Langue étrangère.
