The rooms (pub, bistro and restaurant) are mostly full, because people sometimes move away from Balloo, renowned throughout Ireland and crowned with many prizes. The kitchen is original and fine, based on fresh and local produce (shells St-Jacques sauce, Strangford Lough eel, Strangford Lough eel) and reasonable prices for the special quality of the dishes.
