Latino restaurant

Small ndaxté, in the middle of the village, kept by a local sympathique. There are delicious fish dishes in a few quetzales. The service is a bit slow, but it's good and it's really cheap. Good value for money.

YOLI'S LOCAL CUISINE

Americas Caribbean cuisine

This small comedor located near the beach, two blocks east of Cocorí Lodge, is run by the friendly and talented cook Yolis. She serves good breakfasts, lunches and dinners, which are eaten in her courtyard, where roosters and chickens are roaming. The menu is written on a surfboard that hangs in the front of the restaurant and offers only a few dishes: a whole fish, a ceviche, a vegetarian plate, a chicken tortilla or a hamburger. Delicious, the seafood pasta is worthy of an Italian restaurant. An excellent address!

RINCONCITO DE DINA

Americas Caribbean cuisine
Recommended by a member

Located on the main road, between Choza Chula and Super 24, the place is marked with a pink sign that says "Laundry Dina". Because, in addition to preparing tasty ceviches and other fish and seafood dishes, Dina runs a laundry. It's hard to get more local: you eat in the courtyard of her house, with your clothes drying in the background. Ideal for a lunch, this comedor is to be avoided if you have a tight schedule or an excursion planned in the afternoon. The reason: the slowness of the service, proportional to the quality of the cuisine.
