The Rockmount is a modern pub with a gastronomic flair that is very popular in Guernsey. Overlooking Cobo Beach, it's a great place to dine during or after a lazy day on the beach. The menu features simple yet effective dishes such as moules marinières, lamb chops, sea bass fillets, gnocchi with Guernsey cheddar or breaded chicken with parmesan. Pizzas and burgers are also on the menu.

The Saltwater is delightfully situated above the marina of the small Beaucette marina, where you can enjoy watching the sailboats come and go. But most of all, you can enjoy a menu that obviously highlights the catch of the day and excellent seafood risottos and other crab and shrimp tagliatelle. The menu changes regularly according to the season and the availability of the fish. It is fine and very tasty.

L'Octopus is a very popular restaurant in Guernsey's capital, and not just for its exceptional location facing the sea and Havelet Bay beach. Da Nello is a nice Italian restaurant where French is spoken and where the welcome is charming. The Italian classics (sometimes adapted or revisited) are nicely highlighted, such as the veal escalope with asparagus and cherry tomatoes or the fettuccine with Guernsey crabs (with olive oil, garlic, chili and parsley). Also on the menu are numerous seafood and grilled fish dishes and fine cuts of meat. For dessert, if it's on the menu, why not try the Campari gelato.

As on the other side of the Channel, the Indian gastronomy is very appreciated on the island of Guernsey. And this restaurant has been successful since it opened in 1989. In addition to the always smiling welcome, you will find on the menu all the great classics well known by the amateurs. Be careful though, because even if you limit the quantity of spices with the middle spicy dishes, they can turn out to be rather spicy. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially in the evening. It is also possible to buy your meal to go.
