The Wirén house was built in 1906 for a train driver, Otto Wirén, and his wife Anna, a semi-noble family. Mrs. Wirén lived in the house until 1970, and after her death the family sold the house to the City of Kouvola, turning the area into a historic ensemble. Since then, an artisan gift store and a traditional café have kept the house alive. The owners are still there, welcoming visitors with a big heart and a smile. Juha, who has a passion for history, organizes guided tours of the neighborhood.

On the second floor of the Forum shopping center, you'll find this boutique to delight Moumines fans! On the menu: tableware, accessories, toys, clothes and even sweets in the Moumines colors.
