This wine cellar is easily identified with its rose cow right in front, when you pass on the edge of the Rhone, on the edge of the right bank and the left bank in the town of Avully. The estate is run by Céline & Laurent Dugerdil, Frédérik Serdaly (Céline's companion) and their cultivation head José Vasquez. The know-how of the vine has been continuing for generations. Their production covers three communes: Avully, Dardagny and Choully. They cultivate thirteen grape varieties there, in an environmentally friendly way (integrated production). In recent years, their philosophy has joined the school of biodynamy, and they apply it on some of their plots. Their menu is therefore very rich, with names as varied as the traditional monocépages (chasselas, white, grey, black, pinots, gamay, Merlot…), but also blends with names as nice as the "Sybillus", the "Rassembleur", the "Camerlot", and even the "Gridou" (sweet wine) and the "Barjak" (sparkling). A beautiful team, beautiful projects.

Located in the Pâquis district, at the back of a courtyard, this is a place for initiates and connoisseurs. The sign "Attention vins vivants, veuillez garder la porte fermée" (Please keep the door closed!) is rather flattering and evocative of the state of mind of this team of "wine masters", who pass on their respect for "natural" winemaking to connoisseurs, of course, but also to Geneva's terroir-sensitive restaurateurs. Here you'll find some great finds from French, Swiss, Italian and Spanish winemakers, not always very well known, and that's a good thing!

Learning the names of the peaks of the Valais thanks to 7Peaks beer is a great temptation! Corinne and Robby's craft beer has conquered the region. The seven beers are called Dent Jaune, Forteresse, Cathédrale, Éperon, les Doigts, Cime de l'Est, Haute-Cime. They are all made according to traditional recipes, in the seven tanks of the Morgins brewery. Each beer corresponds to the characteristics of a summit, from the mildest to the most robust. A beautiful ascent that requires purely gustatory efforts.

As for the name, the pun is a tad grating... That said, you'll be delighted with the variety of beers on offer. There are over three hundred on offer, with all the classic color gradations, local beers and beers from the rest of the world - from Germany, of course, and from much of Europe, the USA and Canada, not forgetting the light Japanese beer. This wide choice is constantly renewed in the draught beers. The team is very involved in the search for new "crus". A whole world, an address well worth a visit.

In Geneva, the wine shop par excellence. In a large arcade with a contemporary decor, Lavinia offers from floor to ceiling more than 2,500 references of wines from the most beautiful wine regions. A world tour awaits you: Swiss, French and European wines and wines from all over the world at all prices (even a selection of wines at less than 10 CHF). The culture of the establishment is to give priority to customer advice and to offer good products, some of which are very rare. The sommeliers are there to listen to you, follow your tastes and do not hesitate to suggest wines to be tasted in the restaurant area. Small wine producers are considered on the same level as the world-famous grands crus. What is important is to satisfy the palate and the discovery of the customer. Courses and tasting evenings, sometimes accompanied by a meal, are regularly organised. With moderation, of course...but to be tested without exception.

Here's the address of a winemaker who is developing some interesting wines. There's a lot of innovation here, such as the Xtrème gamay, which is made from a cuvage that lasts over 100 days, whereas it normally takes 10! Maurice Neyroud is delighted to welcome you to his estate, and what better way to start than with a visit to get to know him and his wines in a friendly atmosphere. Group tastings are also available. Beautiful and authentic vaulted cellar where you can taste the estate's wines, including the appellations épesses, calamin and dézaley. It is said that the wines of Epesses are robust and endowed with a strong personality that asserts itself with fruity and spicy aromas reminiscent of pineapple, pepper or black truffle. The Grands Crus of Calamin are racy and virile, with a powerful terroir that impregnates the wines with a slight bitterness and serene flavours. A refreshing stopover!

Are you a fervent reader of the comics recounting the round-the-world adventures of Hugo Pratt's handsome hero Corto Maltese? The adventurer's creator lived in Grandvaux until his death in 1995. A statue of Corto, staring out over the lake, immortalizes the cartoonist. The cellar is tastefully decorated, with a sublime terrace overlooking the whole of Lavaux. The ten winegrowers represented all cultivate their vines in the village of Grandvaux, and take it in turns to provide tastings in a convivial atmosphere.

A place where winegrowers can talk about their work, their vines and their know-how. The Saint-Saphorin winegrowers welcome you in turn and take the time to introduce you to the particularities of their terroir. Another nice tasting to do in the area, with a magnificent view of the vineyard! Situated on the edge of the lake, in the shade of the Place d'Armes, the view is breathtaking over the vineyard. Entirely dedicated to wine tasting, the Caveau des Vignerons is a warm place to discover the wines of Lavaux. In the summer, the Apéro Lac is a popular event with a chair and a basket filled with good products: a bottle of wine and tomme vaudoise.

After a stroll through the medieval village, it is time for a tasting session. We advise you to make a wine stop at the Caveau des Vignerons. Here, the owners have chosen to create a meeting place to bring together small producers from the surrounding area with tourists passing through the area. So don't hesitate to go and taste it! Behind the heavy door, the atmosphere is generally lively and you won't regret your visit. It is said that Lutry wine has a little note reminiscent of grapefruit. Original!

Bonvillars is one of the 26 appellations in the canton of Vaud. It is located on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, stretches from Grandson to Concise and benefits from a particularly favourable microclimate for the vinification of chardonnay, chasselas, gamaret, gamay, garanoir, pinot blanc, gris and noir. The range of wines on offer is therefore wide for very reasonable prices. A good place to taste and buy wines that have often won awards and are produced according to environmentally friendly principles. The visit of the cellar allows to have a privileged reception.

The estate has opted for environmentally-friendly cultivation and insecticide-free products in line with integrated production standards. Nature is respected, and viticultural work is mainly carried out by hand. All the estate's slopes are AOC Premier Cru, and the wines are ripe and concentrated. The Sauvignons are fruity, the Merlots barriqué. Several red varieties are aged in oak barrels. A wonderful encounter with people who are passionate about their terroir.

A delicatessen specialising in wines, champagnes, liqueurs and top-of-the-range spirits. More than 1,000 references: wines from the Swiss and French wine-growing regions, but also from all over the world. This very spacious shop is located in the station's shopping mall, right next to the Rôtisserie and Migros. Its assets: the grocery store is open on Sundays and holds a selection of "cool" wines. You will also find Geneva wines with the Geneva Terroir label, such as the Spirit of Geneva, the cult wine. Very practical!

This craft brewery produces a Valais beer with character, available in top fermentation (Claire and Noire) and lees fermentation (Blanche and Rousse). There's also génépi and Christmas beer. All develop distinctive aromas that have won La Sierrvoise numerous awards. Open on weekends, the bar of this warmly-colored brasserie, with its pleasant terrace in fine weather, is the perfect place to enjoy small Valaisan dishes or mussels and French fries in a convivial atmosphere.

It is one of the most remarkable 18th century patrician houses in the Valais. It is opposite the beautiful medieval church of Sainte-Catherine. This building houses the Rainer Maria Rilke Foundation (entrance fee payable). This is where the poet and writer Rainer Maria Rilke lived. His poetic walks and the development of the Valais can be discovered in the permanent exhibition. The Haute École de musique (HEMU) regularly brings these vaulted cellars to life by organising concerts such as the Nuit du piano, which are much appreciated by the people of Sier.

Typical of the region, this is another tasting cellar where you can enjoy fine wine and regional produce. In addition to this, various local festivals take place here: Saint-Vincent de Villette on the last Saturday in January, and Des huîtres et du Villette, on the last Saturday in November. The rest of the time, it's a very pleasant place to have a drink. The setting blends modern, colorful decor with the typical architecture of the vaulted cellar. Created in 2008, this wine cellar is now run by four passionate, competent and talented friends - a winemaker, an oenologist cellarer, an oenological engineer and a printer. The rigorous care taken in the vineyard work and in the winemaking process has enabled them to develop an innovative and varied range of local wines. Patrick Fonjallaz's estate is perhaps one of the most beautiful cellars to visit. The Fonjallaz's activity in the vineyards of Lavaux dates back to the 16th century, making it the oldest family business in Switzerland. The estate covers 35 hectares which are vinified on the property, and also benefits from an incredible terrace. In addition to wine tastings, you are welcome here for various types of events, including weddings.
