In this artisanal structure created in 1978, you'll be expertly guided or tempted by various flavors or beneficial herbal teas, not forgetting the pastries... The guided tour lasts 1 hour: it begins with a film that recounts the history of Brie de Meaux, continues in the cheese dairy to discover the secrets of production and ends in the shop. Various local products are available for sale in addition to the Brie.

Winner of the French TV show La meilleure boulangerie de France in 2014 on M6, best baguette in 2001 and best croissant in Seine-et-Marne in 2005, the house is a reference in town, today run by Patrice Monchaussé. This family-run establishment, founded in 1943, perpetuates a tradition that has been handed down from generation to generation, with competitive breads, notably the traditional baguette, and well-known Viennese pastries, as well as traditional and creative pastries and savoury snacks, all displayed in a beautiful, long display case.

After fifteen years in public works and management, Ludivine and Sébastien decided to change their lives, and open their own microbrewery in 2015. Today, the company holds a firm place in the Ile-de-France brewing landscape, with a solid range of around ten cuvées, including triple miel, bière à la cerise, 77 IPA and 77 happy blonde. These beers can be purchased direct from the brewery or via their click & collect e-boutique. Guided tours of the brewery are also available.

A 17 hectare farm where about 40 species of fruits and vegetables are grown. The fruits and vegetables are cultivated according to the principles of agroecology. This results in healthy crops and quality products. there are 4 different ways to buy: on the online store with collection at the market or collection at the farm, direct purchase at the farm, at the market of Lagny/Marne or finally membership to an AMAP.

Flour creator and artisan miller, Moulins Decollogne is part of the living heritage of the Seine-et-Marne region, and of Précy-sur-Marne in particular. For nearly a century, this is where the flours that supply Parisian bakers and gastronomic professionals today have been produced. With a rigorous selection of raw materials and stone-ground millstones, our organic, old-fashioned production aims to be top-of-the-range. The grain is ground between two millstones, preserving its nutritional qualities to perfection!

In-season fruit and vegetables by the bucketful, for a taste quality to die for: galas, reinettes, golden, jonagold, boskoops and fuji, plus william, comice and other pears, as well as local juices, eggs and honeys. More substantial are the 10 kg bags of home-grown potatoes. A real bargain!

Ferm'Meaux Pâtes is a family farm that produces... pasta, yes, but not just any pasta. The pasta is made in the workshop from Varreddes durum wheat semolina and other local products (rapeseed, beet, eggs). The semolina is crushed by hand at Moulin Bourgeois in Verdelot. You'll find in this place - which looks like something out of a fairy tale - coquillettes, fusillis, tagliatelle, etc., sometimes flavoredwith thyme, beet... In short, a 100% local palette of flavors and shapes. We love it!

Nicolas Beaussier's microbrewery, which opened next to the Meaux train station in 2018, offers a fine range of craft beers, including both permanent and ephemeral cuvées. The brewer favors short circuits and natural products, notably in his signature beers, Brie Conique with honey, and Rosée du Saule, made with hibiscus flower. You'll also find homemade lemonades, such as violet and passion.
