Read moreSince its opening in 2013, the success of this tiny cafe-backed café has not been bothered. Tourists from caffeine are coming up here. On the menu, espresso, hazelnut, cream coffee, elongated, macchiato… there are for all the desires. It is tasted in the shadow of a big tree while watching the boats and accompanied by a western breakfast (toast, muesli, omelet…). Coffee also serves delicious fresh juices. Antony, the owner, offers a lot of activities through its agency. Unavoidable.
TEA TALES CAFE

The place is perfect to take a break between your visits, and it benefits from a small terrace allowing to observe the activity of the street. On the menu a wide range of tea from Munnar, but not only, coffees, snacks, breakfasts... Tea tastings are even offered to introduce you to the different teas of the region. The place is run by very nice and motivated young locals. Probably the best coffee in town.
CENTRE KADATHANADAN KALARI & NAVARASA KATHAKALI

The shows are well-practiced, with music, a narrator and a flawless organization. It's a good idea to spend the early evening before dinner and learn about Kerala culture.
