This large store is owned by a tea plantation, the Kanan Devan Hill Plantations Company (KDHP). You can find explanations on the tea making process as well as all kinds of products: organic or not, flavored or natural teas, cardamom or eucalyptus oils, jams, etc. The company has five stores in Munnar, including the Chai Bazaar . You can also stay at one of the company's tea plantations.

In a pretty building with colonial architecture, at the corner of Princess Street, this small café serves hot drinks (coffee, teas), refreshments, cakes (including an excellent cheesecake) and small meals (pasta, omelets, very good sandwiches, burgers). You can sit in the pleasant and airy upstairs room or on the small terrace at the back, surrounded by large plants. The service is friendly and fast.
