This AAPPMA chaired by Jean-Pierre Fugairon (since 1977!) focuses on the following areas of influence: Ariège, from Ruisseau Creek to Savignac-les-Ormeaux, Lauze sur 2 km upstream of Ax-les-Thermes, Oriège from Lake Orgeix (also referred to as Lac Lake) to the confluence of the Ariège and Lake of Goulours. A sports fishing area in the mountains, sports trout in vives vibrant, sporty the approach walking in lakes and altitude ponds!

This exceptional leisure park offers adventure from the age of 2. In the heart of nature, you can enjoy the changing foliage of the hundred-year-old trees that shelter the courses. Parents can also share the activity with their children, thanks to the 3 family trails. Otherwise, a stroll is an excellent compromise. For the more athletically inclined, there are games overlooking the waterfalls for unforgettable sensations. A paintball area awaits today's knights, as does a canyoning course for enthusiasts.

Tarascon-sur-Ariège is a town known for its many caves. The Spéléo Club du Haut Sabarthez is a local association offering caving activities. The cave paintings and furniture found in these caves bear witness to thousands of years of human occupation of the region.

The Escalade climbing site is one of the most well-known and experienced in the French Pyrenees. It is located in four limestone sites around the municipalities of Bédeilhac, Surba and Rabbat. It offers beginner climbers as well as the pleasure of moving on to varied walls of difficulty. All are equipped with good quality equipment, with studs or seals.

The largest Calamès site has 220 tracks, from 3 c to 8 b +: It lends itself both to initiation and to climbing. Exposed to the south, it enjoys a pleasant ensolleillement; but mistrust in case of heavy heat, because only the area of the caves is shaded.
