This shop offers Pyrenean, Ariegeois and artisanal products. On the shelves: delicatessen, oils of all kinds, wine cellar, delicatessen, honey, meats, cheeses, biscuits, sweets, spices... Every week wine, cheese, delicatessen tasting... More original still, the picnic or take away meal. Laurent, who every summer organizes historical walks and hikes, will also be able to share with his friends, mountain breeders, the meeting of the herds on transhumance and appreciate the foodstuffs they produce.

This shop amazes us with its treasures. It is a small paradise of Pyrenean gastronomy and crafts. A real cave at low prices where you can find everything to please yourself or others. The treasures are salty, sweet, fruity or made by local craftsmen. Pottery, clogs, soaps, horn combs, natural sharpening stones, jams, honey, wines, beers, aperitifs, foie gras, biscuits, sweets, everything is made in Ariège or in the Pyrenees. You will discover candles and figurines made from Luzenac talc.

Ax-les-Thermes is fortunate to have three markets in high season, from 7am to 1pm, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and two in low season, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. These pleasant markets are located on the sunny Place Saint Jérôme (opposite the Post Office), where you'll find a wide range of local, high-quality produce in an atmosphere reminiscent of the markets of yesteryear. You'll be able to stock up on fruit, vegetables, meats, cold meats and cheeses, as well as local honeys, clothes, ready-made meals...

The Montcalm spring is located at an altitude of over a thousand meters, in an unspoilt area of the Ariège Pyrenees. Exploited in a reasoned way, this water benefits from a pure composition thanks to the natural filtering of the geological deposits that surround it, and has a very low dry residue. It therefore has very little mineral content. Finally, it is bottled in a 100% recyclable container. Natural and with no additives of any kind, it is available as is in 3 formats to suit all occasions.

The name of this new store can be translated as "flavors of my country". It is located right next to the restaurant Casa Mauricio. You will find all the good regional products, very cosy decoration ideas, organic cosmetics, and excellent local cheeses. And it's great, the "all inclusive" raclette : the cheese and charcuterie platters and the rental of the machine for people who are on holiday in Ax-les-thermes. I really like this charming store and the really nice welcome of Véronique.
